杭州西溪喜来登度假大酒店

酒店离市区有些远，在一个旅游综合体里面，悦榕庄的旁边，很安静，对面就是湿地。酒店很新，房间味道不是很大，每间房都有个阳台，夏天在阳台上一定很舒适，现在这个季节稍微有些冷。卫生间是开放式的，通过木制隔断可以关闭，但是关上后房间会显得比较拥挤。服务人员很热情，大堂帮助叫的出租车单子上直接就显示出车号，去西溪湿地的门票住客是有优惠的。酒店的部分房间还在装修，相信明年设施就会很完善了。

I stood in this hotel from May 2nd to May 4th. The rooms are very spacious and nice decorated. The bathroom is very nice, so the first thing I did, was taking a bath in the nice bathtub. Also the concert of the frogs on the small terrace was very convenient. I felt like home. The atmosphere is very natural. People who dislike the big city centers, with lot of traffic, will enjoy the relaxing and quiet atmosphere around the hotel. It's true, that it was not so easy to catch a taxi, with a driver familiar in finding the way to the hotel. But we had the telephone number of the reception and we called them and they helped the driver to find the way. It's also true, that the traffic between e.g. the Xixi-Wetlands park and the Sheraton is very heavy. But this is not the problem of the hotel, people should be aware of this and stay calmed. The restaurant Satine is very luxurious and worth the price. The wine and the dishes are very delicious. I payed 1200 RMB for two people. We had a bottle of german wine and I had a lamb and my girlfriend had a fried salmon. The next good point is the restaurant FEAST. You can have a look to different dishes and meals and make your own choice. The food tastes very good and the range of different dishes is very wide. Thank also to Mr. Michael Ho, the assistant manager. He was very friendly and helpful. Also the other service people of the hotel are very nice, friendly and always smiling. I would like to come back.

服务员态度一般，没有房间引导服务员，和行礼服务生，过道太窄，你们家电梯不错宽敞明亮很OK,整体环境很好。酒店中餐厅不是很精致，希望改进。

我们很喜欢这里的环境。周围的风景很好，空气很新鲜，好像下次再来，我还办理的会员卡，哈哈。还有这里的早餐很丰富。嘿嘿

来西溪湿地开会，住这个酒店。客人很多，各个会议不少，但是井井有条，酒店管理很好。

比较新的酒店，设施是不错的，卫生自然也十分好，标间的床也很大很宽敞，周围的环境也很安静，晚上睡觉不会吵。只是早餐太一般了，几乎没有什么好吃的东西，同去的朋友们也是同感，这里的早餐实在配不上这里的档次，跟去过的其他五星级酒店比，差距很大。

在喜来登举行会议，平台推荐有会议协议价。不过总体来说酒店很好，环境很好，服务也很好，早餐也是棒棒哒，推荐入住

新酒店，兑换的免费房带着老婆孩子去过周末的。房间装饰的比较简洁，工作人员服务态度也挺不错。不过因为是新酒店，健身房、游泳池之类的设施都还没有开放。我住的房间在一楼，外面是一个亲水平台，春秋去应该挺不错，但是要小心蚊子……房间内的设施方面，也有一些小小的不足，一是落地窗关不严实，可以明显看到窗关上后窗帘依然被风吹起来，二是浴缸的冲淋头有点漏水…… 还有一点挺不错的，住店客人可以在礼宾部开介绍信，享受西溪湿地门票+船票90元的优惠！

I stayed in in early December as part of a business trip to Hangzhou. I am an SPG platinum member so I could not resist the opportunity to try out a brand new SPG hotel in Hangzhou, a beautiful city with its history West Lake. The hotel itself is so new that you can still smell the paint everywhere. I was told that I could not get my usual suite upgrade as the suite rooms were still being finished. In the restaurant, the staff was enthusiastic, but still needed training. I ordered a meat dish, only to be told 20 minutes later that they had run out of my type of meat. The room I did get was beautiful with a comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom. It had a separate old style tub and the shower had all the modern fixtures, etc. All in all it is a potentially great hotel.

酒店地理位置极为优越，与西溪湿地公园一河之隔。出了酒店门口有一段不算很长的生态游步道，十几分钟就可走完全程，但即可感受西溪湿地的美妙。好像每间客房都有私人阳台，走出私人阳台时，即可欣赏到壮丽迷人的公园全景，但这需要住在酒店四层以上和合适的角度。房内设计没有特别令人耳目一新的感觉，但可开闭调节的卫生间却很有特点，有独立的厕所间和淋浴间，浴盆却在外面，打开活动门，即可一边泡澡一边欣赏电视或窗外的景色，前提是不怕露光。酒店早餐品种丰富，在大堂还提供免费的高速上网，当然房间内是收费的。酒店提供特价90元包含西溪门票和船票的代卖，入住转天即可使用，西溪湿地博物馆是免费的，很有特色。交通也很方便，我在离酒店十几分钟的地方，找到杭州长途汽车西站，有49路汽车直达杭州城站火车站，没有宣传介绍的仅30 分钟车程，估计那是半夜的测试，平时需要将近一个小时。距杭州萧山国际机场很远，1 小时车程应该是高速。应该是周末度假的理想去处。

会议室采光好，布置不错，空气也不错，没有那种常年不透气的味道，会议设施能更新一波就更好了，满意。
